CRITERIA TO ENTER:

• Each submission can only be entered into one category
• Only performance from February 2023 to date will be considered
• Only submissions that are fully complete by the stated deadline will be considered

The Deal of the Year awards acknowledge exceptional transactions and deals that have had a major influence on the business and financial sectors. These awards celebrate the creativity, complexity and overall achievement of the deals, as well as the people and organizations responsible for their execution.

CRITERIA TO ENTER:

• Deals submitted must have closed between 16th February 2023 & 16th February 2024
• One deal/submission can be entered into a maximum of two categories
• Banks and Advisers submitting for Deals of the Year may only nominate one deal per Award category
  
• Submissions must have confirmed consent from the Issuer/Borrower to be considered
• Only submissions that are fully complete by the stated deadline will be considered
